一、内容:
三、投标人资格要求
3.2本项目的投标人须具有独立法人资格,为此项目的专业生产、制造、安装、调试的制造
厂商或贸易商,对其提供的货物和服务负全面责任。The Tenderer shall be a
manufacturer or Trader who specified by owner and who
possesses independent legal
personality,has independence in law and finance and operates legally and shall take
fu11 responsibility to the goods and service. 变更为
“3.2本项目的投标人须具有独立法人资格,为此项目的专业生产、制造、安装、调试的制
造厂商或制造商授权的唯一贸易商(贸易商需提供制造商的唯一授权书),对其提供的货物
和服务负全面责任。
The Tenderer shall be a manufacturer or the sole trader authorized by
manufacturer
for this project(the trader needs to provide the manufacturer's sole authorization
letter),who specified by owner and who possesses independent legal personality,
has independence in law and finance and operates legally and shall take full
responsibility to the goods and service."
