style=";line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">本次招标项目的投资金额：</span><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style=";line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">本项目检测费预算价为4,053,185.00元（注：该检测费预算价为按规定计算所得的标准收费乘以中标服务收费系数所得）<strong>。</strong></span></span></p><p style="text-indent:28px;line-height:150%"><span style=";line-height: 150%">2.5 </span><span style=";line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">本次招标项目的</span><span style=";line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">招标范围：</span><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style=";line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">东莞西站洪梅单元土地整备项目二期拆迁安置房建设项目第三方检测，包括但不限于：（1）桩基、地基检测、（2）主体结构检测、（3）基坑检测、（4）材料检测、（5）钢结构检测、（6）室内环境检测等；</span></span><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style=";line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">根据相关法律、法规及相关主管部门规定必须进行的检测项目等，最终以施工图及招标人发出的检测要求为准，并满足相关建设工程质量检测管理规定和东莞市住房和城乡建设局要求的检测内容。对本工程的质量检测，需严格控制原材料质量，避免不合格材料用于本工程，为保证工程质量提供保障。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent:28px;line-height:150%"><span style=";line-height: 150%">2.6 </span><span style=";line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">本次招标项目的检测服务期：<span style="text-decoration:underline;">检测服务期涵盖各子项工程项目检测范围内整个施工期及缺陷责任期。具体开始工作的时间以招标人书面通知为准，结束时间以完成所有检测服务内容和工作并提交检测报告为止（注：每项检测项目必须按招标人进度要求完成工作，不得由于检测进度影响施工等其他工作的正常进行）。若工程施工工期滞后则本项目检测服务期顺延，若实际服务期限超过暂定期限，招标人不另行向中标人支付费用，中标人也不得索赔服务期延长补偿费及任何其他费用。</span></span></p><p>3. <span style="font-family:黑体">投标人资格要求</span></p><p style="text-indent:28px;line-height:150%"><span style=";line-height: 150%">3.1</span><span style=";line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">本次招标要求投标人须具备以下条件：</span></p><p style="text-indent:28px;line-height:150%"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style=";line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">具备建设行政主管部门颁发的建设工程质量检测机构资质证书（资质证书检测范围须包含：地基基础工程检测、主体结构工程现场检测、钢结构工程检测、见证取样检测），及</span></span><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style=";line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">省级或以上政府计量行政部门颁发的CMA计量认证证书</span></span><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style=";line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">，且均在有效期以内；</span></span></p><p style="text-indent:28px;line-height:150%"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style=";line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">或</span></span></p><p style="text-indent:28px;line-height:150%"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style=";line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">具备建设行政主管部门颁发的建设工程质量检测机构综合资质证书，且在有效期以内；</span></span></p><p style="text-indent:28px;line-height:150%"><span
